Girls Players of the Week
Cameron Tabor, New Castle
Tabor became New Castle’s scoring leader with 30 points, nine boards and four assists in a win over MV, clinching a tie for second in the HHC. She has 1,570 career points.
Leah Seib, New Palestine
Seib tied her career high with 24 points in both of the Dragons’ matchups last week, victories over Lawrence Central and Ritter, giving NP its first-ever 20-win season.
Boys Players of the Week
Josh Bryan, Delta
Bryan scored 24 points and grabbed five boards as the Eagles beat Mt. Vernon 63-42 to take the HHC lead and improve to 17-0 on the season. Delta is now No. 2 in 3A.
Josh Williams, Shelbyville
Williams had 34 points and 18 rebounds in HHC wins over G-C and Yorktown. He had a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds in the victory over Greenfield-Central. He had 18 points in the win over Yorktown.
