New Palestine clinched the Hoosier Heritage Conference softball title last week with a 13-0 victory over Delta. It marked the fourth straight year the Dragons won the title. Ranked No. 1 in Class 3A, the Dragons finished the regular season 24-2.
HHC teams were 100-31 against non-conference foes. Seven of the eight conference teams finished the regular season with winning records, and all eight finished with winning records against non-conference teams.
